By using AppreciHome ("the app"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

AppreciHome provides housing appreciation charts and estimated home values based on data from the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA). The app is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or real estate advice.

2. Subscriptions

Access to the app requires a paid subscription:

Price: $9.99 per year
Billing: Subscriptions are billed annually and auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID, Google Play account, or payment method on file at confirmation of purchase.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Android: Google Play → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Free trials: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Data Accuracy

The app uses publicly available FHFA House Price Index data. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the data, charts, or estimated values are error-free or current. Estimated home values are approximations and should not be relied upon for financial decisions.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may delete your account at any time through the app's side menu. Account deletion permanently removes all your data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineer the app, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, code, and original content are the property of AppreciHome. FHFA data is in the public domain. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on data presented in the app.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
